Chocolate Drizzle Caramel Popcorn
2 sticks butter (use the real thing!)
2 c. packed brown sugar
½ c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
3-4 bags microwave popcorn (natural or low butter/low sodium flavor)
White chocolate chips
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 200º. Combine first three ingredients and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Pour sauce over popcorn and mix thoroughly. Pour mixed popcorn into large roasting pan. Place in oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and lay out in a single layer on waxed paper. Melt white and semi-sweet chips in separate pans and drizzle (separately) over caramel corn. Let cool and then put into bags for gift-giving.
